Antigua & Barbuda's first
Culinary Festival scheduled to
take place on September 18th
until September 21st, 2008.
The first of it's kind event will
showcase Antigua & Barbuda's
talent throughout the Caribbean.
The objectives of 2008 Culinary Festival is to create
the following
- A support network for working professional
chefs, cooks and stewards
- Antigua Culinary Association
- "Wadadli Food" Annual Culinary Competition
- A "Taste of Antigua"Annual Cultural Food Fair
- Re-inventing of Antigua's Culinary scene
- Culinary Exchange Programmes
- Culinary Web Site
The festival will showcase local and international chefs bringing culinary talents
together to improve Antigua & Barbuda's Culinary scene.
The event will be a four day event which will feature a Culinary Meeting, Chef's
Cocktail, Culinary Competition, Black Tie Dinner and Industry Trade Show.
