Culinary
The Culinary Festival hope to create Antigua & Barbuda's Culinary Association. This
association will seek to have ties to the Caribbean Culinary Federation and the American
Culinary Federation. We are also hoping to send teams to the annual CHIC Conventions and
the prestigious James Beard House  in NYC. Another important aspect of the Association is
to create Cultural Exchange Programs, Kitchen Management Training, Scholarships and
Community Development.

The Culinary Competition will comprise of
chefs/cooks from Restaurants and Hotels on
Antigua & Barbuda.
The competition "Wadadli Food" will feature
8 culinary teams, 3 chefs per team, morning
and afternoon sessions.  Cooking from a
Mystery Basket, preparing a 3 Course
Menu:- soup,salad or appetizer, entree and
dessert in 4 hours.

Black Tie Wine Tasting Dinner Hosted by Famed 5 Star Diamond
Celebrity Chef and Hospitality Consultant Walter Staib is expected
to be a Six Course Menu paired with wine selections and  prepared
by different chefs from the twin island hotels and restaurants. At
this dinner the Culinary Competition winners will be announced.

This will be a benefit dinner to send our
Culinary Team to CHIC 2009.
